Direct Support Professional

Location :

• In-person Job Type : Full-time / Part-time Pay : $17.00 – $20.00 per hour Overview The Direct Support Professional (DSP) provides personal care and support services in alignment with each Individual Support Plan (ISP).
• DSPs help individuals maintain comfort, build independence, and achieve an everyday life within their community.
• A valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle are required for this role.
• Key Responsibilities Assist individuals with daily living and community integration skills using Person-Centered Practices.
• Support ISP goals through training and engagement.
• Provide personal care, including bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and hygiene.
• Assist with home-living tasks such as meal preparation, laundry, light housekeeping, and shopping.
• Monitor and report changes in condition or needs to the Executive Director or designee.
• Complete documentation and daily progress notes accurately and on time.
• Maintain safety standards, infection control practices, and proper equipment use.
• Communicate effectively with team members and maintain confidentiality.
• Attend required training and compliance programs.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
