About this role

We are looking for a proactive and collaborative enterprise sales professional to assist major companies in evaluating and procuring transformative technology. Your goal will be to turn strategic prospects into customers with 8,000+ full-time employees. You will generate a robust sales pipeline from ideal customer accounts within your designated territory.

Your enthusiasm, curiosity, and ability to cultivate champions from early adopters in the AI domain will significantly influence our company culture.

Your responsibilities

  • Generate leads from ideal customer accounts through value-driven outreach.
  • Gain in-depth knowledge of our users and their motivations for considering WRITER.
  • Establish yourself as a trustworthy product expert to educate users, ensuring they unlock maximum value from WRITER.
  • Become proficient in various use cases that demonstrate how WRITER can drive substantial business transformations across industries.
  • Guide prospects through trial periods with clear success criteria; engage key stakeholders early to build consensus.
  • Assist champions in navigating internal budgeting, legal, security, and procurement processes, recognizing that this is a solution with no pre-existing budget line item.
  • Manage the complex sales cycle from initiation to closing.

Is this you?

  • 8+ years of experience in a B2B SaaS closing role targeting Fortune 100 companies.
  • Proven ability to manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting through closing and expanding accounts.
  • Experience engaging with technical stakeholders (CIO, CTO, or AI/innovation leaders) and Lines of Business in multithreaded sales scenarios.
  • Top performer with a consistent record of exceeding quotas and demonstrating strong performance.
  • Track record of helping prospects build a solid business case to secure executive approval.
  • Skilled in value-based selling and constructing ROI throughout the sales cycle.
  • Familiarity working closely with legal, security, and procurement teams to close deals.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong understanding of the sales process, with a thoughtful approach to making sales repeatable.
  • Comfortable engaging in tough conversations and collaborating across departments under pressure.
  • Demonstrated ability to build strong, lasting customer relationships.
