Outside Sales Representative

What we need:

We are looking for a hustle-minded, money-motivated individual to conduct field sales via face-to-face interactions with both potential and existing customers. This individual will need to have a comfortability with cold knocking and calling, a drive to succeed, and work in team environment that is committed to providing strong customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Find local restaurants and businesses that could use our service.
• Stop by and talk to at least 20 potential customers in person each day.
• Keep track of leads and work toward renting out 6 dish machines (plus add-ons) each sales period — aiming for 78 a year.
• Follow up regularly with interested businesses to keep the conversation going.
• Network and come up with ideas for new places or industries we could grow into.
• Attend weekly team sales meetings.

Requirements:

• Valid driver’s license.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Great persuasive and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently.
• Able to travel your territory frequently as required of the job.
• Minimum 1 year of sales experience preferred.
