[job_card.job_description]Call leads, follow up on inquiries, and book appointments via phone, text, and email Greet customers and assist them in finding their perfect vehicle Present and demonstrate vehicles, highlighting features and benefits Negotiate fair and transparent pricing Review and prepare sale-related paperwork Follow up with customers post-sale to ensure satisfaction Maintain a clean showroom Set up test drives and answer customer questions Attend ongoing training sessions to stay updated on new vehicle models and features Collaborate with the sales team to meet targets High school diploma or equivalent Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities Ability to work independently and in a team Proficient in computer and internet applications Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Minimum of 6 months sales or customer service experience preferred Full-time schedule with every Sunday off Fast-paced, competitive environment Occasionally lift / move objects up to 50 pounds Extended periods of standing and walking Primarily phone-based and in-person customer service Competitive units-based commission + base pay Every Sunday Off!
