HVAC Service & Selling Technician

• Responsibilities :
• Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential and light commercial HVAC systems
• Perform seasonal tune-ups, cleanings, and preventive maintenance
• Present and sell service plans, system improvements, or equipment upgrades to customers
• Accurately document all work performed and materials used
• Maintain a clean, professional appearance and deliver outstanding customer service
• Ensure all work complies with safety standards and company policies
• Qualifications :
• 5+ years of hands-on residential HVAC service experience
• EPA Certification (NATE certification a plus)
• Experience with oil systems and boilers is a plus
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
