Job Title : Accounts Receivable (AR) Specialist Location : West Palm Beach, FL (Fully Onsite) Pay Rate : $20-$22 / hour Employment Type : Full-Time, Temp-to-Hire Overview : We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our team onsite in West Palm Beach. This role is ideal for someone with strong organizational skills and a passion for accuracy in financial operations. Responsibilities :

• Generate and send invoices to clients in a timely manner
• Monitor incoming payments and post receipts accurately
• Reconcile customer accounts and resolve discrepancies
• Follow up on outstanding balances and manage collections
• Prepare AR reports and assist with month-end close
• Maintain accurate records and documentation
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure billing accuracy
