Principal Software Engineer-Salesforce

Job Responsibilities

• Management of Salesforce orgs
• Application of DevSecOps formal processes and tools in a Salesforce-based environment
• Formulates and defines system scope and objectives through research and fact-finding to design, develop, modify, or integrate complex information systems.
• Devises or modifies application systems and procedures to optimize functional requirements including capacity, operating time, response time, and form of desired results.
• Designs, codes, tests, debugs, and documents programs, subroutines, and scripts.
• Expertly and independently executes and delivers all phases of the development and configuration lifecycles with the highest levels of quality.
• Independently manages and delivers large projects which include problems that are difficult and frequently complex.
• Responds to system failures and performance events by taking appropriate measures to reduce system downtime and eliminate recurrence of problems.

Job Qualifications

Preferred Qualifications :

8+ years of Salesforce experience, with deep expertise in Health Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Salesforce Industries (Vlocity).

Salesforce certifications such as Health Cloud Accredited Professional, Marketing Cloud Consultant, and Salesforce Industries Developer.

Experience in health insurance operations including quoting, enrollment, member engagement, and claims.

Strong understanding of HIPAA, CMS regulations, and healthcare interoperability standards.

Proficiency with remote collaboration tools and Agile / Scrum methodologies.

Salesforce certifications include Health Cloud, Application Architect, and Platform Developer II.

Experience working in regulated environments with strong understanding of HIPAA and data protection laws.

Experience with Agile methodologies and tools like ADO, Azure Boards, and Git / GitHub.
