Job Title : Bookkeeper

On Site in North Canton, OH

Schedule : Monday - Friday

Salary : $45,000 - $55,000

Main Responsibilities of the Bookkeeper :

Manage Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) processes.

Perform bank and credit card reconciliations on a regular basis.

Maintain accurate general ledger entries and ensure timely posting of transactions.

Prepare and process invoices, expense reports, and vendor payments.

Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant regulations.

Handle other accounting duties as needed to support the team.

Preferred Qualifications of the Bookkeeper :

Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or in a similar accounting role.

Strong understanding of AR, AP, and reconciliation processes.

Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Strong communication skills and a proactive mindset.
