The Role

The Forklift Operator plays a key role in supporting daily operations at our fulfillment center in Springville, UT by safely operating forklifts to move, load, and organize materials and products. In addition to equipment operation, this role assists with order fulfillment, inventory management, and maintaining an efficient work environment.

What Youll Do

  • Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to load, unload, move, and stack products safely and efficiently.
  • Transport materials between warehouse areas, production, and shipping / receiving zones.
  • Assist in picking, packing, and fulfilling orders accurately.
  • Help maintain organized and accurate inventory through cycle counts and restocking.
  • Inspect and perform basic maintenance checks on forklifts and report any mechanical issues.
  • Follow all warehouse safety policies, including proper lifting techniques.
  • Support the fulfillment team with general tasks such as labeling, packaging, and quality checks.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth operations.
  • Maintain organization of warehouse aisles, storage areas, and docks.

Qualifications :

  • Proven experience operating a forklift, certification required.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand or move for extended periods.
  • Basic computer skills for order tracking and inventory entry.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to safety and accuracy.
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.

  • This is a full-time, non-exempt position
  • Schedule is Monday through Friday, 7 : 00 am to 3 : 00 pm
