What You’ll Do

As a Heavy Equipment Operator, you’ll play a critical role in preparing and shaping residential job sites. Your responsibilities include :

• Operating a variety of equipment such as dozers, mini-excavators, and skid steers .
• Managing dirt, gravel, and other materials to ensure precise grading and elevation.
• Reading and interpreting site plans and performing minor layout tasks.
• Communicating progress and challenges with your supervisor throughout the project.
• Maintaining a clean, safe job site and adhering to all safety protocols.
