Licensed Property Condition Assessor

A company is looking for a Property Condition Assessor Vice President.

Key Responsibilities

Interact with clients to achieve goals and address concerns

Review and audit reports for accuracy and compliance before client delivery

Provide guidance to project staff and manage portfolios including bidding and cost management

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree preferred with 5-8 years of relevant experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience

Certification as a Professional Engineer or Registered Architect is required

Experience with Fannie Mae or Freddie Mac is required

General understanding of all building systems

Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office products
