WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Represent OE Solar with confidence and professionalism while engaging with community and business leaders
• Build strong relationships — take clients golfing, to dinner, and make meaningful connections
• Support day-to-day operations : filing, scanning, permitting, scheduling, and ensuring the office runs like a well-oiled machine
• Jump in wherever needed — from grabbing coffee to managing documents — and always with a positive attitude
• Prioritize tasks across multiple managers and adapt quickly to shifting demands
