We are seeking a full-time (1.0 FTE) Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our collaborative and compassionate team at the Riverbend Medical Pavilion Primary Care Clinic in Springfield, Oregon . This is an excellent opportunity to provide comprehensive care in a supportive, multi-specialty environment.

About the Role

Provide primary care services for patients of all ages in a team-based setting.

Work closely with physicians, advanced practice clinicians, and integrated care team members.

Enjoy access to on-site resources including lab, X-ray, social work, care management RN, and behavioral health support.

Compensation & Benefits

First Year Salary Guarantee : $130,000.00 (based on 1.0 FTE)

Requirements

Required : Nurse Practitioner Board Certification (AANC) or Physician Assistant Board Certification (NCCPA)

Required : Oregon ARNP or PA license (or ability to obtain during credentialing)

Certification in BLS, ACLS or PALS required within 30 days of hire
