This is a well-established private dermatology practice in Richmond where patients are loyal, schedules stay full and the culture is grounded, collaborative and refreshingly low-drama. Youll have room to focus on patient care while still having a life outside the clinic.

Position overview :

  • A four-day workweek in a busy, efficient practice where your schedule fills quickly (3540+ patients / day) and youre supported by two experienced medical assistants working out of three exam rooms and using EMA software
  • A true mix of dermatologygeneral, surgical and cosmetic services (including Botox and fillers)so your days stay interesting and aligned with your interests
  • A team-first culture with low turnover, built around professionalism, approachability and being part of the Richmond community rather than just passing through
