[job_card.job_description]This position is a Answer inbound calls and provide first-call resolution for patient and provider inquiries. Coordinate prescription deliveries and process copayments accurately. Communicate effectively with physician offices, patients, and internal departments. Triage calls to appropriate departments when necessary. Maintain accuracy and professionalism while handling sensitive patient information in compliance with HIPAA standards. High School Diploma or GED (verifiable). Active Prior pharmacy or healthcare call center experience a plus. Strong communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to multitask effectively in a high-volume environment. Commitment to mandatory attendance during the first 90 days of employment. Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment (medical, dental, vision, life, and short-term disability).

schedule : Monday–Friday, with one weekday / weekend option available.
9 : 00 AM – 5 : 30 PM EST
9 : 30 AM – 6 : 00 PM EST
10 : 30 AM – 7 : 00 PM EST
11 : 00 AM – 7 : 30 PM EST
11 : 30 AM – 8 : 00 PM EST
Weekday / Weekend Option : Mon–Wed (10 : 30 AM–7 : 00 PM) + Sat / Sun (9 : 00 AM–5 : 30 PM)

Candidates may also reside in Amherst, NY; New Hyde Park, NY; Woodridge, IL; Houston, TX; or Scottsdale, AZ.
