What You’ll Do

• Lead the general accounting function, including cost accounting, cash management, forecasting, and financial reporting.
• Oversee internal controls and ensure compliance with US GAAP to safeguard company assets.
• Drive budgeting and financial analysis across departments, helping management make sound, data-driven decisions.
• Manage monthly and year-end close processes, audits, and government reporting.
• Partner closely with operations and cost accounting to ensure accurate inventory and cost reporting.
• Supervise and mentor a small accounting team (GL, AP, and Cost Accountant).
• Continuously evaluate and improve accounting processes to increase accuracy and efficiency.
