About the Role :

Feine Coffee Roasters is hiring a Cafe Manager who can run a busy neighborhood café with confidence, clarity, and consistency. This is not a clipboard position. You will be present on the floor, coaching the team, driving standards, and ensuring that every shift runs smoothly. Your mission is simple : protect quality, elevate the guest experience, and support a profitable operation.

What You Will Do : Daily Operations :

• Manage and execute daily shift flow, including opening, closing, and checklist completion.
• Maintain beverage and food quality through training, follow up, and recipe adherence.
• Keep equipment clean, safe, and operational. Coordinate service when needed.
• Maintain compliance with local Department of Health and food safety requirements.
