Collections Specialist

In this position, you will hold a critical function within our client's Finance Department, responsible for the resolution of overdue customer accounts and the facilitation of timely payments, thus contributing significantly to our client's financial stability and client satisfaction.

Responsibilities :

• Use your phone and email communication skills to reach out to delinquent customers, resolve outstanding balances, and guide them through the payment process.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing collection issues, processing payments, resolving discrepancies, and handling short payments.
• Monitor and maintain assigned accounts, perform thorough reconciliations, and strive to reduce account delinquency.
• Collaborate with Sales and Management as needed to develop effective collection solutions.
• Maintain detailed records of all customer interactions within the ERP system and ensure adherence to company policies.
• Meet departmental goals and actively participate in monthly AR meetings to update management on collection efforts.
