[job_card.job_description]Assess patients during admission and shifts, noting and reporting changes in their condition. Carry out medical orders and procedures as needed. Accurately document patient care in medical records. Administer prescribed medications and monitor patient responses. Stay informed about medications and procedures used for cardiac and medical-surgical patients. Graduate of an accredited nursing program (diploma, associate's, or bachelor's degree). A minimum of six months of clinical nursing experience. Current Registered Nurse License in Texas or Multi-State Compact License (with Texas RN License within 60 days of hire). Basic Cardiac Life Support certification must be completed within 30 days of starting employment.
