Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Territory Sales Manager, located in South Florida. The Territory Sales Manager will be responsible for managing sales within a designated territory, building and maintaining client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and meeting sales targets. Daily tasks include conducting market research, attending client meetings, providing product demonstrations, and collaborating with the marketing and technical teams to develop sales strategies and ensure client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Strong sales and negotiation skills
• Experience in building and maintaining client relationships
• Ability to conduct market research and identify business opportunities
• Effective communication and presentation skills
• Proficiency in using CRM software and sales tools
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Previous experience in the roofing or construction industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
