As the Line Cook, you will be responsible for preparing ingredients and assembling dishes according to recipes as well as maintaining a clean and organized work environment. You will be expected to have a thorough knowledge of food safety and sanitation protocols, as well as a positive attitude and an eagerness to learn. Job Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook dishes according to menu specifications
• Ensure food is cooked and presented to the highest standards
• Maintain a clean and sanitary work station
• Receive and store food supplies, equipment and utensils in the appropriate storage areas
• Ensure all food items are stored in accordance with food safety guidelines
• Adhere to guidelines on safe food handling and preparation
• Assist with the preparation of food for special events
• Monitor food supplies and place orders when needed
• Check food quality and prepare food items as directed
• Follow recipes and presentation specifications
• Follow health and safety regulations
• Clean and maintain kitchen equipment and work areas
• Work collaboratively with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth kitchen operations
