Controller - Manufacturing

Reports to : Chief Financial Officer

Status : Full-Time, On-Site

Overview :

The Controller is a key financial leader responsible for managing all accounting operations, financial reporting, internal controls, and cost accounting activities for a fast-paced manufacturing organization. This role partners closely with operations, supply chain, and executive leadership to ensure accurate financial data, effective planning, and continuous improvement in processes and profitability.

Key Responsibilities :

• Oversee day-to-day accounting operations, including general ledger, A / P, A / R, payroll, and fixed assets.
• Prepare, review, and analyze monthly financial statements, ensuring accuracy and adherence to GAAP.
• Lead the monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes, including consolidations and variance analysis.
• Develop and maintain cost accounting systems to track production costs, inventory valuation, and standard costing.
• Partner with operations to analyze manufacturing variances, labor utilization, and material efficiency.
• Manage cash flow forecasting, capital expenditure tracking, and working capital analysis.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities in coordination with the CFO.
• Maintain and enhance internal controls, policies, and procedures to safeguard company assets.
• Coordinate audits, tax filings, and compliance with external auditors and regulatory agencies.
• Supervise, mentor, and develop a small accounting team to promote accuracy, accountability, and growth.
