Does that sound like you? The Opportunity with McKinstry We are seeking a senior HR operations specialist to join our growing HR division. The senior HR operations specialist supports the HR operations team through Workday administration, compliance reporting, administrative tasks, and coordination of HR operations projects. Key responsibilities include : embodying McKinstry's people first philosophy in every interaction with employees. Responding to employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures. Entering data in Workday accurately and on time. Assisting with compliance activities, including EEO-1 and affirmative action plan reporting, identifying HR requirements for new legislation and new state expansion. Providing administrative support to the HR operations team as needed to ensure overall team organization and consistency. Providing HR operations project coordination around a variety of areas. Assisting with maintaining and updating SharePoint content. Providing backup support for other areas of the HR operations team as needed. Performing other duties as assigned. Minimum of 3 years of general HR experience. Strong research and decision-making skills grounded in sound judgment. Takes ownership of tasks and completes them with minimal supervision. Collaborates by offering insights, solutions, and support beyond task execution. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to bring discussions to clear conclusions, present to groups, and engage confidently with senior leaders. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, including above-average skills in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Experience with Workday and / or SharePoint is a plus.
