A company is looking for a Sr. IT Client Success Manager.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain strong client relationships while ensuring service delivery excellence
Act as the client's advocate, monitor KPIs, manage SLAs, and oversee onboarding and service adjustments
Identify growth opportunities, assist with renewals, and maintain accurate client documentation
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
5+ years in client-facing roles with large enterprise clients
Experience delivering technology services and knowledge of ITIL, networking, and storage computing
Project management knowledge and experience managing client expectations and deliverables
Managed Services experience required; some travel needed
