We're seeking a dedicated Accounts Payable Representative to join our team in Inver Grove Heights,MN

Title : Accounts Payable Representative

Location : Inver Grove Heights

Schedule : Full-time, 40 hours per week

Pay : $27 per hour, plus comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance, and a matching 401(K) plan

Your Responsibilities :

Track receipt of data and source documents.Prepare and organize source documents, interpreting data accurately for entry.

Collaborate with document preparers to resolve queries, inconsistencies, or missing data.Maintain precise and thorough client files and filing systems.

Enter data into the Accounts Payable / Accounts Receivable System, ensuring accuracy, and making necessary corrections.

Contribute actively to team objectives and collaborate effectively.

Perform general clerical duties, including typing, scanning, copying, answering phones, and filing.

Job Requirements :

1+ years of experience in Finance, Accounting, or AP / AR roles.

High School diploma or GED equivalent.

Proficiency in MS Office suite, with essential expertise in Excel.
