Description
In this role you will report directly into the Machine Shop Manager and be responsible for :
- Operating and setting up CNC turning and milling machines to produce precision components.
- Reading and interpreting blueprints, technical drawings, and work instructions to ensure accurate machining.
- Loading, unloading, and securing materials and workpieces safely and efficiently.
- Monitoring machining operations and making adjustments to maintain quality and dimensional accuracy.
- Inspecting finished parts using precision measuring tools to verify conformance to quality standards.
- Documenting production data, inspection results, and process information accurately.
- Performing basic machine maintenance and housekeeping to support safe and efficient operations.
- Applying CNC programming knowledge and G-Code understanding to support setup, troubleshooting, and process improvements.
- Following established safety procedures, quality requirements, and manufacturing best practices.
