Position Overview

Kiewit is seeking a Sr. Manager, Foundational Data Management to help shape the next generation of enterprise data capabilities. In this role, you will lead efforts to design, implement, and mature core data management services that make trusted, high-quality data accessible across the company. Your expertise in data-related capabilities such as strategy, architecture, modeling, stewardship, data quality, metadata management, and information lifecycle management will be pivotal in elevating Kiewit's data ecosystem to new levels of maturity.

You will partner closely with other data and AI leaders, domain-aligned data managers, IT, and business stakeholders to drive scalable, sustainable data practices. Your work will directly shape how Kiewit builds, manages, and trusts its data foundation - driving better decisions across all parts of the business.
