Fms Management Analyst, Journeyman
StraCon Services Group, LLC is seeking a full-time FMS Management Analyst, Journeyman in Patuxent River MD. The FMS Management Analyst, Journeyman supports the efforts and actions of the Case Manager / Program Managers / Team Lead for various Foreign Military Sales (FMS) programs.
With other members of the FMS team, and under direction of the Case Manager / Program Manager / Team Lead, assists the Case Manager in analyzing and managing all aspects of FMS casework in accordance with the Arms Export Control Act, the Security Assistance Management Manual (SAMM) and the International Traffic in Arms Regulation (ITAR) as well as applicable DoD Acquisition policy guidance.
The Management Analyst will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following :
Travel Requirements : Domestic and International travel required.
Experience Requirements : A minimum of 3 years of professional experience supporting Foreign Military Sales (FMS). Knowledge of FMS policies and procedures and demonstrated ability to apply that knowledge to help inform case execution. Experience with AMS Tools (CSPT, PMT, CDRL) desired. High level of proficiency with MS Office applications.
Education Requirements : Bachelor's Degree in a business, management, or technical discipline. Allowable Substitution : Associates Degree plus 4 years additional work experience may be substituted for a Bachelors Degree;6 years additional work experience may be substituted for a Bachelors Degree.
Security Requirements : U.S. Citizenship required. Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance.

The estimated salary range for this position is $73,000.00 - $113,000.00. The offered rate will be based on the selected candidates level of knowledge, education, experience and skill sets.
