Entry-Level SOC Analyst

A company is looking for an Associate SOC Analyst I.

Key Responsibilities

Monitor security dashboards and perform initial triage of alerts and requests

Conduct basic SIEM investigations and validate alerts to reduce false positives

Maintain logs for reporting and escalate valid alerts to Tier 2 support

Required Qualifications

0-2 years of experience in IT / security support roles or relevant internship / lab experience

Familiarity with SIEM tools and basic security concepts

Understanding of networking concepts (TCP / IP, ports, protocols, firewalls)

Ideal certifications include Security+, SC-900, and CCFA

Must be a US citizen or permanent resident authorized to work in the United States
