Controller - Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration
Experience in construction, civil contracting, or project-based accounting strongly preferred
Hands-on experience with WIP, percent-of-completion, and project accounting
Ability to lead a fast, accurate close process
Experienced in preparing monthly financial statements
Strong understanding of budgeting, forecasting, and intercompany reporting
Ability to analyze, structure, and improve cash flow reporting
Experience working with auditors and supporting compliance
Strong Excel skills and comfort with multi-entity environments
Ability to collaborate across operations, project management, and leadership teams
Excellent communication skills and strong business judgment
Controller - Preferred Qualifications
Experience consolidating financials with multiple entities
Exposure to international reporting, foreign currency, and corporate roll-ups
Track record of improving systems, processes, and reporting cadence
Experience in a growth-minded or PE-backed environment
Ability to partner with leadership on strategy and planning
