What You'll Do :

Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.

Conduct regular and random patrols around the facility and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity.

Monitor entrances, exits, and other sensitive areas to help to deter unauthorized access within the financial institution location.

Observe and report any unusual activity, security-related hazards, or irregularities in accordance with Allied Universal protocols.

Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, visitors, and staff members while maintaining a visible security-related presence.

Support access control measures by verifying identification and / or credentials as required by site-specific guidelines.

Minimum Requirements :

Have at least 1 year of law enforcement experience or 2 years of security supervisor or manager experience or 3 years of security-related experience.

Customer service experience is preferred.

A guard card or license is preferred.

Ability to lift up to 20 pounds is preferred.

CPR and first aid certification is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
