Position : Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

Pay Range : $25–$35 / hour

Salary options are available for all RBT staff with an active RBT certification.

Location : In-Home & In-School (We come to the kiddos!)

Schedule : Full-Time & Part-Time available

Start Date : ASAP—we can’t wait to meet you!

Full Time / Part Time Available

Hours : Based on the case (Ranging anywhere from 15 to 40 hours a week!)

What You’ll Be Doing :

Providing fun, high-quality 1 : 1 ABA therapy to awesome kiddos (in homes and schools)

Following treatment plans created by our incredible BCBAs

Tracking progress with easy-to-use systems (we’ll train you!)

Working hand-in-hand with families and teammates to help kids thrive

Bringing the energy, compassion, and care that makes a lifelong difference
