Key Responsibilities :

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC systems including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and ventilation equipment.
• Perform routine maintenance and system inspections.
• Install replacement parts and equipment as needed.
• Provide customers with recommendations for system improvements, upgrades, or replacements.
• Accurately document work performed, parts used, and system conditions.
• Ensure compliance with all safety standards and industry regulations.
• Maintain company tools, vehicle, and equipment in clean, safe working order.
• Deliver professional, courteous, and respectful service to all customers.
