This role is onsite 5 days a week in Fremont, CA

About the Role

The Promotion and Events Specialist will report to the Senior Manager of Promotions and Events. The primary goal is to facilitate cross‑functional efforts (work closely with merchandising, selling, data, growth, product and design teams) to ensure the successful execution of company‑wide merchandising promotion campaigns and events. The Specialist will support managers to maintain the weekly promotional calendar for company‑wide events and coordinate across ethnic merchandising and selling teams to maximize the impact of key promotions.

Key Responsibilities

Assist the manager in developing merchandising promotion strategies and plans.

Coordinate with data and merchandising teams to plan and execute weekly and monthly promotional campaigns, including pricing products discount, special offers, marketing campaign.

Assist the manager to manage the online promotional calendar, aligning with business priorities and marketing initiatives.

Develop and follow up on end‑to‑end project plan and timeline of key milestones and campaign deliverables for each department.

Use analytics tools to track promotion KPIs such as conversion rate, basket size, ROI.

Recommend and implement data‑driven improvements to enhance sales and profitability.

Collaborate on the integration of Promotion Planning System (PPS), Content Management System (CMS) and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) for seamless merchandising planning, collaboration and promotion.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Merchandising, Sales, Marketing, Business Analysis, or a related field.

2+ years experience in e‑commerce merchandising, sales promotion execution, marketing or a similar role.

In‑depth knowledge of e‑commerce platforms, merchandising strategy, sales and promotion tools, and analytics.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data‑driven decisions.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross‑functional teams.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Creative thinking and problem‑solving abilities.

Compensation Range

The US base salary range for this full‑time position is $68,640 – $80,500.

This role may be eligible for discretionary bonus, incentives and benefits.

Our salary ranges are determined by role, level and location.

The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum base salary for new hires for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by multiple factors like job‑related skills, experience and work locations.
