Building Maintenance Technician

Our company has an outstanding opportunity for a results-focused highly driven and experienced Technician. The Building Maintenance Technician is responsible for the day to day coordination and oversight of all aspects of the upkeep of the building and its surroundings. This includes but is not limited to plumbing electrical mechanical and cosmetic repairs.

Job Responsibilities

• Daily physical building rounds inspection of the facility for issues to be repaired.
• Preventive Maintenance rounds of facility.
• Minor plumbing electrical mechanical and cosmetic repairs of facility and equipment within. Painting a must.
• All other assigned tasks as applicable.

Education :

Professional Experience :

CERTIFICATES LICENSES REGISTRATIONS (Including Drivers License)

Operators Drivers License must be insurable.
