Your Role :

• Deliver exceptional nursing care to patients within your assigned unit, following Texas Nurse Practice Act standards with guidance.
• Identify situations where assistance is required and utilize appropriate resources.
• Engage in collaborative decision-making while continuing to expand your knowledge and skills in your specialty.
• Provide patient care that aligns with the American Nurses Association Standards of Professional Practice.
• Support the values and initiatives of the specialty unit, nursing, and broader health system goals.

The hourly pay range for this role is between $28.27 and $50.48, reflective of factors such as local labor markets, education, and experience.
