We are currently looking for a Senior Structural Engineering Project Management Specialist to spearhead the assessment, remediation, and execution of structural improvement projects within our senior housing and wellness portfolio. This role will serve as a pivotal technical resource to evaluate and resolve challenges such as structural settlement, façade deterioration, balcony deficiencies, and other failures threatening the integrity of our buildings. The ideal candidate will possess extensive knowledge of concrete, steel, and wood-frame construction and work closely with internal teams, external consultants, and operating partners to develop and implement strategic repair programs. Additionally, this position will act as an escalation point for structural risks identified during acquisition due diligence and assist in resolving latent defects in newly acquired buildings after the closing.
