Classroom Support Associate

A company is looking for a Classroom Support Associate to assist with in-class support for teacher interns.

Key Responsibilities :

Ensure each intern has an assigned qualified mentor

Assist mentors and Field Supervisors with questions and onboarding processes

Monitor and approve Field Supervisors' timecards and ensure compliance with state regulations

Required Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree from a leading university or equivalent experience in an educational or administrative role

1-2 years of experience providing excellent customer service
