A company is looking for a Client Success Manager - Fully Remote.
Key Responsibilities
Onboard new clients and provide a positive first impression
Conduct daily 1 : 1 coaching calls and weekly group sessions to support client engagement
Manage renewals, upgrades, and difficult conversations professionally
Required Qualifications
Fluent in English, both spoken and written
Sales experience with a focus on guiding conversations
Experience in coaching or mentorship in both 1 : 1 and group settings
Knowledge of digital marketing and social media platforms
Full-time availability from 8AM-6PM EST, Monday-Friday
