Paul Davis Restoration of West County is part of a national franchise organization that provides services to repair and clean up damage to residential, institutional and commercial structures from a fire, water, storm, mold, or other disasters. Responsibilities :

• Draft correspondences and other formal documents
• Plan and schedule appointments and events
• Greet and assist onsite guests
• Answer & dispatch inbound telephone calls
• Develop and implement organized filing systems
• Perform all other office tasks
• Gather all required information from clients and input information into our restoration management software
• Data entry into Quickbooks for job costs
• Assist with billing, invoicing and collections
• Utilize E Document software to send / receive job forms
