Assistant General Counsel - work / life balance

Rapidly growing pavement preservation company committed to delivering high-quality services and products to their clients is looking for an experienced attorney to join their team as an AGC. Fully in office with minimal flexibility to work from home. The Associate General Counsel will work closely with the General Counsel, CFO, company executives, division leaders, and other business leaders, while also coordinating with local counsel across the company’s various jurisdictions.
