Credentialing Team Lead

A company is looking for a Credentialing - Team Lead to manage credentialing operations and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage a team of Credentialing Specialists and Operational Analysts to ensure timely and accurate credentialing file processing

Oversee credentialing workflows and ensure compliance with NCQA guidelines and regulatory requirements

Monitor performance metrics and drive continuous improvements in speed, quality, and efficiency of file processing

Required Qualifications

Minimum of 5+ years of professional experience, with at least 2 years in a team management role

Proven experience leading a team of 5 or more members

Strong experience in client engagement and managing client relationships

Knowledge of NCQA guidelines and state / federal regulatory requirements related to credentialing is a plus

Proficient in data analysis tools such as SQL and Excel Macros is preferred
