Job Responsibilities :

• Collaborate with marketing and design teams to transform design concepts into 2D patterns.
• Consult with product teams to clarify concepts and provide pattern-making expertise.
• Develop initial models from concept images and incorporate design changes during fit sessions.
• Inspect and critique samples, ensuring they meet design and fit standards.
• Create and update product specifications with detailed construction methods.
• Focus on optimizing profitability through precise construction specifications.
