What You’ll Do

As a Team Carpenter at C2MG, you’ll play a hands-on role in shaping high-end residential and historic projects. Your key responsibilities will include :

• Project Prep :  Plan and lay out construction or renovation projects with accuracy.
• Precision Measuring :  Calculate dimensions—height, width, length—for flawless execution.
• Material Mastery :  Select the right wood, metal, or other materials for each task.
• Blueprint Expertise :  Follow detailed plans or supervisor guidance to bring designs to life.
• Tool Skills :  Wield hand tools (chisels, saws, planes) and power tools (drills, sanders) with confidence.
• Construction & Assembly :  Join materials using nails, screws, or adhesives, and install features like cabinets, molding, doors, and windows.
• Quality Control :  Check your work against top standards every step of the way.
• Specialized Tasks :  Set up scaffolding, prep concrete forms, and tackle remodeling projects.
• Precision Craftsmanship :  Use levels, framing squares, and surveying tools to ensure everything’s spot-on.
