Our Shift Leaders operate our restaurants on a shift by shift basis. They learn management skills from their GM’s and apply them to the team. This is an upwardly mobile position. Great shift leaders become great Assistant Managers and General Managers. We believe in promoting from within.

Your primarily role could be to excel at customer service, game room operations, or / and food production. We are looking for team members to be a leader by example, and be willing to learn and never stop learning. The ability to multitask and supervise multiple team members is part of the job, but this is not a sit and manage job. This is a job to lead and set direction for all team members at the store level during any given shift, emphasizing the importance of core values and driving the culture of our brand; energetic, driven, motivational role model for others.
