JOB DESCRIPTION
- The Product Professional Leads the development of the Product Vision at the Family level that drives business value and an improved customer experience while ensuring alignment / manages dependencies across Team within a Product Family and with cross functional partners.
- The Senior Principal as an IC is a servant leader and not the manager of team members.
- In Depth of knowledge so that they can see patterns without having to dissect it step by step.
- Often recognized outside their company for their contributions to their profession.
- Actively manages and escalates risk and customer-impacting issues within the day-to-day role to management.
- Works in workstreams focused on core customer success domains like service operations disaster recovery and observability.
