Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Licensed Insurance Agent to join our team in Brownsville, Texas. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting clients with identifying their insurance needs, explaining coverage options, and providing excellent ongoing customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sell and service insurance policies, including auto, home, life, and/or health (depending on licensing)
• Assess client needs and recommend appropriate insurance products
• Maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
• Process policy changes, renewals, and endorsements
• Ensure compliance with state insurance regulations and company policies
• Meet or exceed individual sales and service goals
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records

Qualifications:

• Active Texas insurance license (required) - property and casualty license
• Previous insurance sales or customer service experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
