As an Associate Trade Compliance Analyst at Bell, you can expect :

• Research and learn customs and export procedures and documentation necessary for compliant operation of the business.
• Classify parts / data for export and Customs.
• Document the classification analysis performed for recordkeeping and audit purposes.
• Attend and observe program meetings to gather facts and set priorities.
• Prepare export license applications.
• Collaborate with other departments to improve processes.
• Assist in trade compliance training across the organization.
• Support internal and external audit-related requirements.
• Review and approve (or deny) export and / or import transactions.
• Review company materials for exportability.
• Approve foreign travel and foreign visitors.
• Conduct risk assessments and assist in audits.
• Perform sanctioned party list screenings.
• Prepare reports and maintain records.
• Continuously improve Bells trade compliance program by assisting in the development of policies and procedures, automation projects, etc.
• Maintain a positive work environment and actively collaborate with internal and external customers.
• Other duties as assigned.
