Job Description
A confidential outpatient practice seeks a Medical Assistant / Receptionist to deliver exceptional patient service and front-desk support in a fast-paced clinical setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet patients, manage check-in / intake , verify insurance, and schedule appointments
- Maintain accurate EHR records and ensure privacy compliance
- Answer phones, route messages, and support day-to-day office flow
- Take vital signs , assist with basic life-support situations as trained, and support clinicians during visits
- Coordinate across urgent care, internal medicine, geriatrics, and other departments as needed
- Monitor and restock medical supplies; uphold infection control and safety protocols
