Job Summary :

Main & Sky is looking for a dependable Hotel Maintenance Engineer. The Hotel Maintenance Engineer is responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient operation maintenance and repair of the hotels facilities equipment and systems. This role plays a key part in providing guests with a safe comfortable and high-quality experience by maintaining the hotels physical assets to brand and safety standards.

Responsibilities include :

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on guest rooms public areas back-of-house spaces and building systems
• Inspect troubleshoot and repair electrical plumbing HVAC and mechanical systems
• Conduct preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime and extend the life of equipment and facilities
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and guest service calls
• Maintain the propertys tools equipment and maintenance inventory
• Assist in monitoring energy usage and implementing conservation measures
• Ensure compliance with safety health and environmental standards and regulations
• Support special projects renovations and emergency repairs as
• Collaborate with housekeeping front desk and other departments to address maintenance issues efficiently
• Maintain detailed records of work performed parts used and maintenance logs
